4. a potential renter visits our site, sees your home and sends an inquiry to our office. EHR reviews the inquiry and if qualified, refers the renter to you.
5. you come to an agreement with the renter and make the rental arrangements.

we suggest that you collect at least half of payment via certified funds at the time the paperwork is signed, and the other half 2 weeks before the event.

Once an agreement is reached, the homeowner and the renter prepare their own paperwork and make their own payment arrangements. 

EHR provides a generic lease template in mS Word format for your use, if needed.  It is suggested that you have your personal attorney review any Rental agreements before execution.

No.  While some of our personnel may be licensed real estate agents, EHR is strictly a marketing company.  We are not a rental agency.  once a potential renter is referred to a homeowner and an agreement is reached, eHR is no longer involved.

Because each policy may differ, EHR advises all homeowners to contact their insurance company to inquire about any special insurance questions or needs.
