The owners and officers of the web site, Event Home Rentals, L.L.C. and EventHomeRentals.com ("EHR") provide marketing and advertising for homeowner listed properties only.  Event Home Rentals, L.L.C. and EHR are not involved in the transaction between the homeowner and renter.  Event Home Rentals, L.L.C. and EHR do not offer any guarantees or warranties regarding the properties listed on their site, or the parties who rent the properties listed on the web site. 

The advertising fee for one full page with a maximum of 10 photographs on EHR is $99.00.  The page will not appear until the fee is paid in full and the wording and pictures have been approved by EHR staff.  This can take up to 24 hours.  Once the page is live on the website, the fee is non-refundable.  The listing will then appear until the day of the event for which you are listing.

Event Home Rentals, L.L.C. makes no guarantees that a home will rent as a result of posting a listing on EHR.

EHR and Event Home Rentals, L.L.C. are not real estate brokers or agents for either party involved in a transaction that takes place due to their marketing efforts.  Homeowners and renters should arrange for their own short-term rental contract according to the terms agreed upon by those two parties.

Property information appearing on the EHR site conveys information submitted by the property owner, or licensed agent for that property owner, and it is deemed to be accurate and correct to the best of that person's knowledge.  It is assumed that the homeowner owns the property, and that the homeowner is offering their property for rent on a short-term basis.

EHR and Event Home Rentals, L.L.C. offer no guarantees regarding the accuracy of information posted on the web site.  While the web site will not publish any information known to be false or misleading, it is the responsibility of the homeowners to provide accurate information, and the renter to verify that information.  If there are any corrections that need to be made regarding the property that is listed on this web site, the homeowner will submit those corrections to the web site and corrections will be made within a reasonable period of time.

The homeowners understand that Event Home Rentals, L.L.C. and EHR are making no representations, guarantees, or warranties about the persons who make inquiries about renting the homeowner's property.  It is each homeowner's responsibility to contract with the short-term renter on terms that are mutually agreeable with the two parties.

In partial consideration of having their property listed on this web site, the homeowner agrees that the homeowner will indemnify and defend the owners and managers of this web site, their employees, and agents harmless from all damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses whatsoever, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and losses resulting from the acceptance of any advertisement arising either directly or indirectly from the publication of any advertisement.
